My first time being treated by Dr. Dwenger and her team, including Hannah. It was a difficult extraction of an infected tooth. I was comfortable throughout the process. They did a great job. I felt virtually no pain post extraction. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Fishers Dental Care for over 20 years. The staff is absolutely amazing! From the check in they are professional and caring. All of the hygienists are excellent and thorough. Dr. Ward is professional, kind and has a great sense of humor.

Dawn the dental assistant was outstanding and Dr. Ward was very personable and honest about anything I need to do going forward. Already booked the next two appointments.

The staff and Dr. Ward have been great with my husband and I. We were new patients as of January this year. I knew I needed some work done and told him what my old dentist said. That was a new crown and I would most like likely lose the other tooth. Dr. Ward saved both of them and did a great job.

I’ve been a patient for at least 15 years. Dr. Ward and his staff are friendly and wonderful about making you feel safe and comfortable while in the dentist chair. They keep current in dental health. They listen to my concerns and take steps to accomplish goals for dental treatments.

Fishers Dental Care is by far the best dentist experience I had. First of, the professional staff is extremely knowledgeable and the quality of their services is amazing. Secondly, the people make us feel welcome every time we go in for an appointment. I also love their notification system. With small kids in my family, it is so nice to get reminders that help me stay on track. I will and already have recommended Fishers Dental to friends and family.

This business is really fantastic!!! I went when things were first reopening after the stay at home order (covid-19), and I was so impressed with how they worked to make sure people were safe! Also, the staff-especially Cathy-are so nice. If you are nervous about any part of the procedure, they walk you through what they are doing as they are doing it. As an added bonus, everyone is super friendly!

I just had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Ward and his staff. My mother has Alzheimer's and she has not had regular dental care for years. She has no short term memory and sometimes has a little difficulty understanding. Dr. Ward and his staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and part of the process. They showed great care and patience as well as willingness to help her with her dental needs. This is not always the case when I take her for healthcare visits, many times the staff is abrupt and unsympathetic of her needs. Thank you to the entire staff for realizing that my aging mother is still a person, deserving of a caring and considerate staff. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I went to see Dr. Ward from middle school through college, and now that I'm out on my own with my own insurance I still choose to go see him. Dr. Ward and his staff are friendly, attentive, thorough, caring, and professional. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist (who is?), but I'm never on edge once I'm at the office. Everyone, from the ladies at the front desk and at billing, to the hygienists, to Dr. Ward, are determined to make sure you're as comfortable and at ease as possible during you visit. I've been recommending this practice to everyone I know who moves to Fishers or is looking to change dentists for years, and I will continue to do so.

I recently joined Dr. Ward's practice. My first visit was amazing- the billing manager went over all my paperwork to make sure everything was correct. After, that I met with the dental hygienist Kathy was very through and caring during my whole visit. Lastly, Dr. Ward introduced himself and already have a follow-up. I give this practice overall 5 stars.

Dr. Ward has to be the best dentist in Central Indiana, and quite possible in the entire state. His easy going personality and soft touch is incredible. I started seeing Dr. Ward about five years ago, after learning that I had some serious gum issues. I now see him quarterly and my diseased gums are a thing of the past. One thing that I appreciate is never having to wait to be seen. They are always on time. They also have the most up-to-date equipment in the industry. I've found Dr. Ward and his staff to be very professional and caring. We have moved a lot and finding a good dentist is one of the hardest things to do. Because of medications I've taken for many years, I've had to get dentures and I had a set made somewhere else that have caused me nothing but pain. Dr. Ward is making me a new set and he really takes his time to make sure they fit good, look good and that you can speak clearly with them. He is really amazing. Very Considerate I got caught up with work and had missed my first appointment. I called as soon as I realized and they were able to squeeze me in the next time slot with no questions asked. My dental hygenist today was, quick, efficient and thorough. She was absolutely terriffice.

Dr. Ward is great! Very knowledgeable. I was referred by my in-laws, who have all seen him for years. My favorite dentist by far! I also really enjoyed my hygienist, Jennifer. She was wonderful. The staff was all very nice as well, and such a lovely facility!

I initially went to the dentist with a gum problem and while there had my teeth polished (which I did not have an appointment) for my son's wedding, just days away. I guess you could say I killed 2 birds with 1 stone!! My gum problem was gone by Saturday and I had a shinning smile :).

I was impressed that I called with a broken tooth and was able to get in the same day.

I am always pleased with the staff. I have been a patient for many years. When I have had toothaches that are unbearable they immediately work me into their schedule. I always recommend Dr. Ward when anyone is looking for a dentist.

My first experience with Fishers Dental Care was outstanding! Even though I was running a little late for my appointment, they were very accommodating. Dr. Ward took the time to explain my dental situation in a manner that I could understand and answer all of the questions that I had. He didn't seem rushed, like previous dentists I've had. And the other members of the staff were friendly and engaging. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

It is a two hour drive just to get to my favorite dentist. I would not trust my oral health needs to anyone else.

It had been a few years since I had any dental treatment and I was anxious at my appointment. Both my hygienist and Dr. Ward were very kind as we spoke about what treatment I would need to get my mouth in shape again. I appreciated their kindness and I left feeling happy that I chose their office!! Thank you for not making me feel any worse than I already did and showing me that you truly were there to help, not judge!

Dr. Ward, You and your staff are always courteous, informative and professional. I trust all of your recommendations and procedures. Years ago under another dentist, I thought I would always have some degree of pain with my teeth, even though I had no cavities. He gave me an ill-fitting crown and did not attempt to correct the error. Your honesty and integrity in giving your patients the best care rates you at 100 (on a scale of 1-10).
