Joanie Macy
Office Manager

Joanie opened the office with Dr. Ward in 1994 and was Fishers Dental Care’s first employee. Joanie says that it is wonderful to see how much the dental practice has grown since 1994. “It has been very rewarding to develop long-term relationships with our patients over the years,” she says.

Ann Rankovich
Administrative Assistant

Ann is a member of our front office staff. She says that she looks forward to bringing her strong organizational skills and outgoing nature to the office. She comes to us with many years of office experience. "I enjoy working with all ages," she says. "I'm excited about meeting the 'Fishers Dental Care family'."

Cindi Good
Administrative Assistant

Cindi is also a member of our front office staff. She has over 22 years of experience in the dental field as a Dental Assistant and Administrative Assistant. Cindi looks forward to helping all the new and existing patients of Fishers Dental Care.

Jenny Anderson
Certified Dental Assistant, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Jenny has 10 years experience in the dental field. Jenny is a 1998 graduate of Indiana University Dental Assisting Program with a Certificate in Expanded Functions and X-Ray technology. After spending 6 years living in Minnesota, Jenny has returned to her hometown and is happy to join the team here at Fishers Dental Care.

Deborah Truitt
Certified Dental Assistant, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Debbie has over 17 years experience in the dental field. Debbie is very excited to be working as part of Fishers Dental Care Team. "This is a very rewarding field and I am happy to give our patients the very best gentle dental care." Debbie looks forward to meeting our patients.

Wendy Youker
Certified Dental Assistant, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Wendy comes from Southern California where she practiced with her Registered Dental Assistant License for 15 years. Wendy now has over 20 years experience and has become a Certified Dental Assistant and an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She also has her X-Ray Certification. Wendy takes her work very seriously and her focus is on you, the Patient, and providing quality dentistry.

Peggy Fabiani
Dental Hygienist

Peggy is a certified dental hygienist with an A.S. degree in dental hygiene and a B.S. degree in public health science from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she currently teaches dental hygiene. Originally from Long Beach, California, Peggy works to help patients avoid dental problems in the first place. "I'm a big advocate of preventive dentistry," she says. "And I want patients to have a good time while they're here, since going to the dentist can be a stressful experience. I try to help them laugh and relax."

Jennifer McCloskey
Dental Hygienist

Jennifer McCloskey, RDH graduated in 1985 from Kalamazoo Valley in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She practiced hygiene in San Diego, California for 9 1/2 years before relocating with her husband and family to Fishers, Indiana. She worked for Dr Ward from 1995-1996. She took a "few" years off and is excited to be back in the dental profession. Jennifer is the mother of four children and is very active in school, church, and the community. "I pride myself in giving gentle dental care and am so excited to be working with the best of the best. I am looking forward to meeting everyone."

Julie Poole
Dental Hygienist

Julie graduated in 2003 with an A.S. degree from University of Southern Indiana. She enjoys helping patients maintain exellent oral health. Her goal is to help patients better understand oral health and prevent unnecessary dental problems. "Dental hygiene is a very rewarding career for me. I feel great when I leave at the end of the day knowing I have been able to help our patients maintain their oral health and many beautiful smiles. I look forward to meeting all of our patients."

Erin Shelton
Dental Hygienist

Erin is a 2005 graduate from Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, IN. Erin started with Fishers Dental Care on a temporary basis and really enjoyed working with the patients, office and staff. Erin currently works part-time and is looking forward to full-time in the future. Erin displays genuine care for each one of her patients and is a great asset to our practice.
